Simulations and projections produced by the Service are hypothetical Monte Carlo scenarios based on user-provided inputs and statistical models. They are not predictions of actual future returns. Asset return parameters (μ, σ, correlations) are calibrated estimates derived from historical data and our own analytical layers. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Limitations of the Model

• The Axiom model is rebuilt from market data on a Mon/Wed/Fri cadence; it is not real-time.
• Unprecedented events (black swans), policy changes, or market structure shifts may render historical calibrations less informative.
• The model does not know user-specific factors not provided as inputs (e.g. liquidity needs, emotional risk tolerance, undisclosed assets, ongoing tax events).
• Tax modeling reflects general U.S. federal and California state rules at a point in time; jurisdictional changes and individual situations vary.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on outputs of the Service. The Service does not execute trades. The Service does not commit to outcomes. Action verbs displayed in the Investment view (ADD / HOLD / TRIM / EXIT) are computed from your inputs and analytical layers — they are tool output, not advisor instructions, and do not represent any obligation to act in any specific way.

No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the Service does not create a fiduciary relationship between you and Ndinomics, Arya, Axiom, or any of their representatives. Until and unless the Company registers as an investment advisor and you enter into an explicit advisory contract, no fiduciary duties apply.
